After 37 years in business, most as an executive leader, Ben has been Lead Pastor at C3 since the fall of 2017. Ben preaches and teaches, is involved in music ministry and works to develop leaders in the church and business community. He has been married to Martha, and they are blessed to have two daughters:  Miriam (19) and Abigail (24), plus 2 grandsons. Reading, walking, fishing, playing guitar and singing are among Ben's activities and hobbies.

Walter serves as the Director of Family Ministries at C3. Prior to joining the team, he served in the military as a Fuels Technician and Honor Guard Program Manager for 8 years. Following that he transitioned into full time ministry as a Family Pastor. Currently his role involves directly ministering to the families and children in our community and church, preaching and teaching. He is the proud husband to Rachel and father of 6 children: Walter (9), Adrianne (8), Lawrence (6), Samuel (4), Aliyah (2) and Micah (4months).

Tina is the Administrative Assistant at C3 and conducts many of the day-to-day activities and much of the local outreach. In addition to her church-work, she keeps busy in prison ministry with God Behind Bars; CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate); as a volunteer/former board member of the Alaska MS Center and volunteer/advocate for the National MS Society. Aside from that, she is dedicated wife to Scott and proud mom of Seth (18) and stepmom to Gracie (16), Tyler & Gage (young adults).
